Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Legislation”), Webidoo S.r.l. provides information regarding the processing of personal data.

Data Controller : The Data Controller is Webidoo S.r.l., with its registered office in Milan, via Gioberti 4 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), which will collect and process your personal data provided on this site for the purposes indicated below.   • Data voluntarily provided Such as name, surname, telephone number, email address, etc.

  • Navigation data The computer systems and procedures responsible for the operation of the site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category includes the IP address of the network from which the user is connected when giving consent. The IP address and the so-called timestamp (i.e., the exact moment when consent was given) will be stored together with the data provided to demonstrate and specify when consent was obtained.

At any time, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe you have not satisfactorily obtained a response from the Controller regarding your rights or if you believe there is a violation of your rights.
